Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Medical Writer to develop scientifically accurate content across diverse formats. Under guidance, translate complex clinical data into clear materials aligned with client objectives.

Early-career writers will gain core competencies through structured guidance, while experienced writers will operate with increasing independence. Role includes collaboration with internal and client teams, learning team standards, and contributing to regulatory/document-review

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• Strong interest in medical writing and scientific communication.
• Detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to balance work on multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn AMA style and reference tools (EndNote).
• Prior medical writing experience is beneficial but not required; level of independence will align with experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise scientific content, including slide decks, manuscripts, training materials, and other deliverables, with supervision.
• Interpret clinical and preclinical data and translate findings into written content and visual representations.
• Learn and apply AMA style and client-specific guidelines.
• Conduct literature searches and organize references.
