Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center (AKDHC) seeks a Medical Staff Coordinator for the Greater Phoenix Area. The role provides expert support to physicians, offices, and hospitals while working from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and internet software; effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Create physician and supporting staff schedules.
• Create and manage office templates in Athena for physician schedules.
• Verify schedule accuracy and communicate with physicians on daily needs, including through Tiger Text.
• Support department operations by learning all aspects of physician scheduling and covering during staff absences.
• Training of QGenda for physicians, nurse practitioners and new employees.
