• Must have 1+ year of medical scribe experience
• Strong medical terminology knowledge
• Excellent typing and quick documentation
• Remote work ability with reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time during wound care visits via secure remote connection
• Record clinical information in the EMR, including HPI, exam findings, and wound assessments
• Document procedures such as debridement and advanced wound treatments
• Prepare treatment plans and provider recommendations with accuracy
• Maintain organized patient charts and support providers' workflow
• Ensure notes are complete and ready for review and signature
• Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
