Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Rhinology in the New England region, working remotely in the US. You will conduct scientific exchanges with key opinion leaders, map the territory, and drive medical strategy while ensuring governance and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong clinical knowledge, collaboration with Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations, and international travel as needed to cover national/regional activity within ethical and regulatory boundaries.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field (MD/PhD/PharmD preferred).
• Must reside in territory and be willing to travel within the West territory.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical industry or Medical Science Liaison role; MSL experience preferred.
• Immunology/Rhinology/Otolaryngology experience is a plus.
• Strong medical knowledge and understanding of healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Scientific engagement with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders within regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and prioritize ~50 stakeholders; develop territory engagement plans.
• Establish long-term relationships with KOLs, payers, and HCPs.
• Attend congresses and organize educational meetings or advisory boards.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests; support speaker training.
• Generate insights from interactions and evaluate literature to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support evidence generation; identify trial sites and ISS submissions.
• Understand healthcare policies and regulatory guidelines at local/state/national levels.
• Operate remotely with travel; maintain non-promotional medical activities boundaries.
