Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support prelaunch and launch activities.

This remote role requires 60–80% travel and will focus on building trusted relationships with investigators, delivering scientific exchange, and preparing clinical sites for potential product adoption. You will translate clinical data into actionable insights, educate healthcare professionals on disease state and emerging data, and work cross-functionally to shape field

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and drive impact in a prelaunch/launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to investigators and stakeholders to support prelaunch readiness and product adoption.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the ulixacaltimide profile for clear understanding of its role.
• Educate clinical sites and providers for launch, including patient identification and integration into practice.
• Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
• Identify and engage KOLs and influencers to support scientific engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align field strategy.
• Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and advisory engagements, translating insights into recommendations.
• Maintain deep CNS/neurology expertise to guide field strategy.
• Ensure all field activities comply with regulatory requirements and Praxis SOPs.
