Qualifications

• Must have CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CPC, and CCS-P certifications.
• Experience with Hospital Inpatient Coding is required.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, compliant coding of inpatient and outpatient encounters.
• Review clinical documentation for discrepancies.
• Support data integrity and meet VA productivity benchmarks.
