Qualifications

• Must have an undergraduate degree in health information management or related field.
• Professional certification in medical records management is preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with medical records management or healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Manage, process, and organize incoming patient medical records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidential information.
• Create reports and summaries of records management activities.
• Assist in notetaking and updating documentation.
