This limited-term, full-time wage position includes on-site training and a telework option up to 3 days per week, with hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will review records and ensure compliance with state laws.

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience maintaining or reviewing medical records.
• Graduation from an accredited medical records/health information program.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate information reported to statewide vital records registries.
• Communicate with reporting entities to improve data quality.
• Adhere to laws and policies governing health information management.
