Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years managing medical initial outfitting/construction projects.
• 2+ years DoD/Army medical initial outfitting/construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Provides professional customer interface and client relations.
• Ensures schedule and scope requirements are met/maintained.
• Leads client planning meetings.
• Obtains customer approvals and is responsible for all sign-offs.
• Manages purchase order distribution and monthly invoicing requirements.
• Assist in sourcing products for quotation.
• Manage financial and staffing resources.
• Develops a work plan, schedule and logistics required based on the overall project parameters and scope.
• Communicate schedule with customers/end users.
• Assist Designer with field dimensions and general site conditions.
• Assures quality of project services and deliverables.
• Provides status reports, executive briefings, and meeting minutes.
