Job summary

MILL CREEK LLC is seeking a Medical Equipment Planner for a fully remote role, delivering medical equipment design packages for government and private healthcare capital projects. You will ensure client and design team satisfaction while maintaining data accuracy and strong communication with the project team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with BIM teams, preparing cost estimates, submittals, and procurement support, and leading equipment planning components at meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or clinical area of expertise.
• 5+ years of medical equipment planning experience or related project work.
• Local Denver presence preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of architectural design processes and documentation.
• Experience with DoD and private sector work preferred.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports and collaborates with the project team throughout lifecycle and coordinates with PMs, design managers, equipment planners and vendors.
• Develops staffing and work plans with deliverables and due dates.
• Creates project status reports and maintains action item lists.
• Coordinates with client groups, facility managers, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Plans equipment room-by-room using internal software and BIM coordination.
• Leads meetings, develops submittals and cost estimates, and supports procurement.
• Participates in vendor presentations, site visits and price negotiations.
• Travel to project sites as required.
