Jobot is seeking a mid- to senior-level attorney with medical malpractice defense experience to join a growing civil defense team in California. Remote arrangement available for the right candidates; CA license required; base salary is competitive.

You will handle medical malpractice and general civil defense matters alongside trial partners, with substantial deposition and courtroom exposure from day one, plus a strong benefits package including remote work options and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
• Active California Bar license.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: drafting, discovery, depositions, and ideally trial/hearing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice defense matters and general civil defense cases alongside experienced trial partners.
• Supervise and manage cases with partner guidance in a high-exposure litigation environment.
