Job summary

Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Medical Facility Surveyor to conduct nationwide on-site surveys of LTC and NLTC programs. You will prepare regulatory deficiency reports, communicate findings to QA, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining up-to-date CMS knowledge.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, SMQT qualification for LTC, and preferred RN license. Travel will be extensive with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• SMQT qualification for LTC surveyors is required.
• RN license preferred; strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys of LTC and NLTC programs across the United States.
• Prepare deficiency reports linking practices to regulations with accurate documentation.
• Report IJ/SQC findings to Quality Assurance with timely communication and deadlines.
• Coordinate with QA staff to ensure findings are documented and defensible.
• Submit documentation within established client deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS/HMS policies and Medicare regulations.
