STERIS is seeking a Clinical Technology Service Technician to support hospitals in the California territory. This remote, customer-facing role focuses on keeping critical equipment uptime and safety through troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Responsibilities include coordinating PMs and service calls, documenting activities, and partnering with Sales to identify revenue opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of technical experience.
• Strong customer interaction and team collaboration skills.
• Comfort with Windows, email, navigation tools, and mobile apps.

Mansioni

• Perform core troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on STERIS and competitor medical equipment, systems, and components.
• Plan workload to deliver PMs, service and warranty calls, installations, and field upgrade programs.
• Escalate issues with Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to accelerate resolution.
• Document, track, and close service activities using regulatory platforms.
• Educate customers on findings, present pricing and repair options, and partner with Sales to enhance customer experience and revenue opportunities.
• Identify sales leads in the territory and support multiple facilities based on service agreements and needs.
