Turner Construction Company is seeking a Medical Equipment Project Manager for the MSG Healthcare group. This fully remote role supports occasional business travel across the United States.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple medical equipment projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will develop budgets, manage procurement, coordinate with clinicians, architects, engineers, vendors, and regulators, and drive continuous improvements in project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in medical equipment or healthcare project management.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Knowledge of contracts; interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Interpersonal and teamwork across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
• Familiar with medical equipment planning software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Active listening; quick learner and team engager.
• Commitment to change and continuous improvement principles.

Mansioni

• Lead project management, planning, coordination, and implementation of MSG Healthcare medical equipment projects.
• Coordinate with clinicians, administrators, architects, engineers, vendors, and regulators to align goals and requirements.
• Develop budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts; monitor expenses and identify savings.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including equipment specifications and installation plans.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment.
• Facilitate closeout documentation and timely pay applications.
• Review contracts, budgets, and schedules to forecast costs within budget.
• Research, evaluate, and select vendors; negotiate contracts and terms.
• Coordinate with client to ensure regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and validation procedures.
• Review change orders; resolve issues.
• Oversee delivery tracking to site or warehouse; ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate training for Healthcare staff on new equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices.
