Turner Construction Company in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Market Segment Group Healthcare Medical Equipment projects. You will plan, coordinate, and implement complex equipment installations, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

This role requires strong contract knowledge, advanced PM skills, and ability to collaborate with clinicians, architects, engineers, vendors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management with 5+ years in medical equipment or healthcare.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication for management levels.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Familiar with medical equipment planning software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project management plans with objectives, timelines, budgets, and milestones for MSG Healthcare equipment projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders including clinicians, architects, and vendors to align goals.
• Develop budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts; monitor expenses against budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Maintain project documentation including specifications and purchase orders.
• Track equipment scheduling and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Oversee pay applications and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate training for healthcare staff on new equipment.
