You will synthesize literature, assess educational needs, and create evidence-based materials across formats, collaborating with grant, business development, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast-paced environment, with remote collaboration and adherence to accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a medical, nursing or scientific discipline is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in medical writing, education, or content development within the healthcare industry.
• A minimum of 3 years in healthcare risk management, patient safety or quality improvement.
• Experience developing CME/education grant proposals is strongly preferred.
• CHCP, NPD-BC, or related certification preferred; CPHRM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based, fair-balanced clinical education content for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct literature searches, needs assessments, and create education materials across multiple formats (PowerPoints, articles, eLearning modules).
• Present content via webinars or live presentations and develop learning evaluations.
• Manage freelance writers and faculty experts for education activities and ensure accreditation compliance.
• Write needs assessments and provide content for CME grant submissions and letters of intent.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in risk management, patient safety, and quality improvement.
