Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an Editor to ensure editorial accuracy, brand consistency, and message alignment across multiple POCN products and client campaigns. This remote role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong editorial judgment, and ability to handle diverse digital deliverables including research summaries, eNewsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of editorial, copyediting, or medical communications experience.
• Strong knowledge of editorial style guides and digital publishing standards.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/pharma) is a plus.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CMS; Workfront is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Copyediting and proofreading for research articles and medical summaries.
• Quality control across emails, landing pages, banners, and social ads.
• Regulatory review support ensuring MLR changes are implemented.
• Content selection with APPs for eNewsletter campaigns.
• Post-production review including HTML verification against PDFs.
