Job summary

Relay Therapeutics is seeking a Medical Director to drive clinical strategy from IND to proof of concept and potential registration. You will lead cross-functional efforts with project management, regulatory, biostatistics and medical writing to advance Relay Tx medicines in oncology.

The role requires an MD or MD/PhD with 5+ years of clinical development experience in oncology, especially solid tumors, and demonstrated communication skills. We welcome remote candidates in the United States.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with 5+ years in clinical development, oncology.
• Experience with solid tumors; breast oncology preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical staff and cross-functional teams to design early clinical development plans.
• Write clinical sections of Investigator's Brochures, IND summaries and CTAs.
• Provide expert medical review and interpretation of clinical data for internal and regulatory audiences.
• Manage pharmacovigilance activities for trials.
• Support site initiation visits and integrate new insights into development plans.
