Fresh Clinics in the USA is seeking a highly responsive Medical Director to serve as physician partner, providing medical governance and oversight for multiple practices while navigating state-specific regulations. You will act as the clinical safety net and authorize procedures to ensure safe, compliant care.

You’ll supervise staff across sites, review protocols, manage standing orders, support the Ops team with required training, and conduct chart audits to uphold documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license in good standing.
• Multi-state licensure preferred (top states preferred).
• Ideally 2+ years of aesthetic medicine experience.
• Malpractice insurance required by state laws.

Responsabilités

• Approve and oversee clinical protocols for botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and laser services.
• Supervise procedures across multiple locations with RNs, NPs, and aestheticians in compliance with state laws.
• Issue and annually review Standing Delegation Orders (SDOs) and Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) for delegated staff.
• Support the Ops team by providing timely signatures and required training certifications to activate supplier accounts.
• Log into the EMR and audit a sample of patient charts each month to ensure documentation standards are met.
• Remain available for adverse event management and ensure patient recovery in collaboration with the care team.
