Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. The role coordinates VAC submissions, onboarding new customers, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth account setup from approval to implementation.

You will generate quotes, support equipment evaluations and upgrades, and maintain reporting for sales metrics while delivering professional, responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years in a customer service role or equivalent.
• Remote (West Coast) work location.
• Willingness to travel 10%.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare VAC submission documentation for new customers and follow up until approval.
• Collaborate with Customer, Sales, Legal and Finance on New Account setup post VAC approval.
• Generate and distribute onboarding reports and sales quotes.
• Maintain ERP system and produce quotes and sales metrics.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and post-sale activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up.
