Job summary

BioWave is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to own and grow our Commercial Pain territory in the United States, focusing on Pain Management practices including WC, PI, and Auto Injury patients. You will build provider and KOL relationships, walk in with established market connections, and drive in-services and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside field sales experience calling on physicians in-office (not inside/phonesales).
• Experience calling on pain doctors, anesthesiologists, surgery centers, primary care, or specialists preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect: in-person cold calls, phone, and email to new and existing prospects.
• Close new business: conduct in-services with qualified prospects.
• Grow existing business: regular in-person visits and follow-ups.
• Develop referral networks with nurse case managers, PI attorneys, and WC offices; attend industry events.
• Analyze territory data to refine strategy and maximize revenue growth.
