American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking an Examiner to join our Medical Necessity/Benefits Administration department. The primary function is to enter data from MNR Forms and CQE worksheets, with training on company SOPs and software.

The role requires accurate data entry, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work from a designated home office under remote guidelines. A high school diploma and data-entry experience are required; 20 forms per hour and 98% quality are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of data entry experience and 10,000 keystrokes per hour - minimum

Responsibilities

• Enters data from MNR Form and/or CQE worksheets.
• Maintains a minimum production level of 20 MNR Forms per hour.
• Maintains quality at or above 98.0%.
• Front-end data entry: reviews forms, verifies eligibility, and creates patient records.
• Back-end data entry: retrieves files, reviews worksheets, and inputs data into IHIS.
• Administrative duties: contact providers to clarify information and maintain daily tallies.
