Qualifications

• Reviews and codes moderately complex cases with multiple diagnoses or complex documentation.
• Identifies coding discrepancies and resolves routine issues using coding systems and revenue cycle tools.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to improve documentation quality for accurate coding and billing.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state payer policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining productivity and quality.
