Job summary

Xtensys, a growing managed service provider in health systems, is seeking a Medical Coding Auditor to review documentation and code across specialties using CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS and modifiers. You will deliver audit reports, educate providers, and support coders on compliance opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of coding experience in a physician billing environment, strong knowledge of E/M guidelines, Medicare Part B and Medicaid, and proficient Excel skills. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of coding experience in a physician billing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with Medicare Part B and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Experience with data entry in physician billing.
• Proficiency in Excel; Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit reports, provide provider education, and support coders in addressing identified compliance opportunities.
• Coding responsibilities may also be assigned as needed to support overall team priorities.
