Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines and regulations, as well as experience with various coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to accurately assign codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services
• Ensure all codes are in compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and obtain additional information as needed
• Work closely with billing team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims

Qualifications
