Job summary

All Care To You, LLC is a fully remote management services organization offering healthcare administrative support to independent physician associations and other clients. The Medical Billing Coordinator will manage outstanding claims, interact with insurance carriers, and collaborate with billing teams to ensure timely reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a medical biller or similar role.
• Strong technical skills to work across multiple systems simultaneously and learn new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits, network participation, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and follow-up procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on professional services claims to ensure timely processing and reimbursement.
• Identify missing payments and initiate tracking and escalation as needed.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, providers, and billing staff to resolve issues and document interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of claim status and prepare status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards and meet production targets (100–150 claims per week).
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to optimize the claims follow-up process.
