Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit claims to third-party payers and review for corrections.
• Reconcile remittances and postings to patient accounts.
• Review aging accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Answer inquiries regarding billing and insurance concerns.
• Perform remittance reconciliation.
• Guide external customers to the proper resources for questions.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance company policies and billing guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
