Job summary

JotPsych is hiring two to three Medical Billers to own billing and credentialing end-to-end for a dedicated set of provider customers.

This fully remote role supports US payer processes in psychiatry and behavioral health, with 30–40 hours per week and a monthly compensation of $2,000 to $3,500, depending on experience. You’ll collaborate across two core platforms: JotBill for billing and JotCred for credentialing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US medical billing and/or credentialing experience.
• 2+ years with behavioral health and psychiatry practices.
• Experience with US payer portals and credentialing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims and manage denials, payments, and collections.
• Enroll providers with payers and manage CAQH ProView profiles.
• Handle credentialing across commercial and government programs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and timely follow-ups.
