Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Medical Benefits Review Associate to support Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial overpayments from a remote setting. The role emphasizes analytical review of claims, eligibility checks, and documentation in client systems.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, in a fully remote capacity with opportunities to grow in a compliance-focused team. The position starts at $18.00 per hour and includes benefits eligibility from day one, with a compensation range

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass preemployment background check and drug screening.
• Experience with data entry and medical claims data entry processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in the client system.
• Review member eligibility and update eligibility.
• Investigates and communicates questionable situations.
• Documents findings from the client system in related systems.
• Communicate effectively with other staff/team members.
• Works independently based on established procedures.
