Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST, and the position is fully remote within eligible states. The role involves analytical support for CPIS overpayment programs related to Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial claims, with data entry and documentation tasks across client systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry / medical claims data entry processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in the client system.
• Document findings from the client system in the related systems.
