Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Medical Benefits Review Associate II for a fully remote, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST schedule. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with potential variation due to state minimum wage laws.

The role provides analytical support to CPIS overpayment programs by accessing client claims systems for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial overpayments identified through audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry / medical claims data entry processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Review of paid claims, adjusted claims, and offset claims in the client system.
• Documents findings from the client system in the related systems.
