What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer incoming calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service
• Register new patients and verify insurance coverage and information
• Document patient interactions accurately across multiple systems (XPM, CRM, EHR)
• Provide medical guidance and schedule appointments based on clinical protocols

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems is desired
