Urgent Hiring for Remote " Certified Medical Assistant"

Job Description:

• Handle 32–36 inbound patient calls per shift.
• Assist patients with the setup and usage of blood pressure cuffs kits sent directly to them.
• Provide clear and patient instructions to patients on how to use the equipment
• Collect vitals from patients and ensure accurate documentation in an EMR system (Athena is used)
• Escalate out-of-range blood pressure readings to internal clinicians for further evaluation and instructions for patients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and patience while interacting with patients over the phone
