Zusammenfassung

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing US-licensed physicians to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You review cases, score reasoning, and provide short rationales across multiple organ systems.

This flexible, project-based engagement lets you contribute around 10–20 hours per week around clinical practice, with onboarding reward and additional earnings for high-quality tasks. Applicants must hold an MD/DO and an unrestricted US license.

Qualifikationen

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active, unrestricted US medical license (verified at onboarding and re-checked monthly).
• Board certification or completed residency training, with recent direct patient care (attending-level preferred).
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience (internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine).
• Strong clinical reasoning: differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.
• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+)

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with a question, a proposed answer, and a distractor answer across multiple systems.
• Score the clinical reasoning quality of benchmark items and gradeability of answers.
• Check whether the reasoning traces reach the answer from vignette facts and write short rationales.
• Work within three independent reads, followed by physician adjudication.
