Job summary

Mostly Medicaid is seeking an Incident Coordinator to work remotely from anywhere in Ohio. The role handles review of incident submissions for MyCare Waiver and Medicaid members, with communications to members, families, and providers, and ensures proper documentation in the MyCare system.

Ideal candidates hold LPN, BSW, MSW, or LPC credentials and are proficient with Microsoft products. The position offers standard business hours, no overtime, and a competitive hourly rate based on experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ohio MyCare Waiver.
• Education/License: LPN, BSW, MSW, or LPC.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review critical and reportable incidents for MyCare and Medicaid members and classify in the appropriate systems.
• Review TruCare chart and medical records; contact members, families, providers and agencies as needed.
• Collaborate with care management to submit prevention plans and related information.
• Coordinate with Ohio's vendor, PCG, providing requested information for MyCare incidents.
