Job summary

Integrity Management Services, Inc. is hiring a Medicaid Auditor to perform audits of Medicaid Managed Care Plans and providers, identify fraud and improper payments, and issue findings with recommendations. The role requires a finance or accounting background, 5–7 years of related experience, and strong data analysis skills.

Remote work is available within the U.S., with salary range disclosed. The auditor will plan reviews, examine financial records, communicate findings, and ensure adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of related experience in finance, accounting or auditing.
• Knowledge of government auditing standards (GAGAS) and policies.
• Experience auditing Medicare/Medicaid and other government programs.
• Strong data analysis, investigative and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report on Medicaid Managed Care Plans and providers to identify fraud, waste and abuse.
• Follow auditing plans and methodologies aligned with contract requirements.
• Examine financial documents and provider cost reports as audit evidence.
• Use data mining and trend analysis to detect billing anomalies.
• Prepare factual written reports and present findings to leadership and agencies.
• Maintain case development quality and timely updates in investigative tools.
