Job summary

Basis, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a junior Integrated Media Planner to support the media planning process and drive client satisfaction across digital channels. You will help interpret campaign data, review media briefs, and contribute to proposals and performance measurement plans while collaborating with the Integrated Media Planners and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand how digital channels create an integrated media plan (programmatic, video, CTV, audio, paid social, paid search).
• Assist in creating media proposals in PowerPoint or Word while shadowing Integrated Media Planners.
• Familiarize with media metrics and assist in developing performance measurement plans.
• Manage workflows and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day needs on assigned accounts and collaborate with planners.
• Stay current on the digital media landscape and Basis Tech capabilities.
• Learn internal processes across planning, buying, reporting and delivery.
