Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking a Media Operations Project Manager to oversee hands-on media operations and project management for various campaigns, from setup to completion. This fully remote role is open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S., ideally in the areas of Louisville, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; or Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in project management and media operations, excelling in communication, organization, and budget management. Extensive benefits include unlimited PTO, remote work, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management and/or media operations within an agency or marketing environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented, with strong quality assurance instincts.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, resourcing, budgets, and delivery for media-focused projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate trafficking, campaign setup, pacing, and post-launch checks in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.
