Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a senior Media Buyer to own paid media strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce clients. This fully remote, client-facing role combines strategy with hands-on execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.

You will partner with Analysts, Creative Strategists, and other teams to turn strategy into measurable growth, manage budgets, test ideas, and drive profitable customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance or growth marketing.
• Significant experience managing e-commerce clients.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.
• Allocate budget, structure campaigns, prioritize audiences and creative angles.
• Balance short-term performance with scalable acquisition.
• Monitor performance, diagnose trends, and improve efficiency.
• Analyze broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
• Lead testing roadmap and evaluate results by business impact.
• Partner with Creative to translate data into briefs.
• Own client relationships and present insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and bring ideas.
