• Extensive experience with instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and prototype testing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to document test procedures, outcomes, and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Design and author authentic technician workflow tasks reflecting real-world challenges, including test setup, instrumentation, data collection, and failure diagnosis.
• Source, synthesize, and construct technical datasets from actual lab or production scenarios.
• Define accurate solution pathways, interpreting test data and making next-step recommendations.
• Develop rigorous grading rubrics (35+ items) to evaluate technical skills in instrumentation, data interpretation, and failure analysis.
• Document detailed technical procedures, observations, and diagnostic findings with high precision.
• Ensure evaluation tasks meet realism standards beyond textbook examples.
