Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer for a Brooklyn Park, MN assignment. You will edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD, design and detail machines, and perform calculations related to fluid handling and pump sizing while traveling up to 25%.

The role is largely remote with periodic office visits in Brooklyn Park and opportunities to support client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience is required.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD
• Past work experience in fluid handling, piping, pumping, routing etc…

Responsibilities

• Edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD
• Design and detail out machines based on the requirements of the systems
• Perform calculations as it relates to flow process design, pump sizing, valve sizing, etc…
• Visit client locations and walk through equipment verifying that process flow designs match the equipment
