Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Mechanical or related field.
• Strong knowledge in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, CAD/CAM, thermodynamics, or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering problems spanning FEA, heat transfer, kinematics, fluid dynamics, and material science.
• Author ground-truth solutions with detailed, step-by-step technical benchmarks for AI learning.
• Audit AI reasoning, reviewing CAD logic, thermodynamic proofs, and material specs for accuracy and safety.
• Refine AI thinking by identifying flaws and delivering structured feedback to improve model outputs.
