Synthires is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Expert (MSc. or PhD) for a remote contractor role. You will apply mechanical engineering knowledge to AI training tasks, building models, running simulations, and solving design challenges across thermal, structural, and multiphysics domains.

Strong coding abilities are required, including Python workflows and developing analytical or computational solutions. Expected effort about 15 hours per week, with payment on completed tasks.

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Experience developing analytical, computational, or simulation-based engineering solutions.
• Practical proficiency with coding agents.
• Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Python for engineering workflows.

• Solve and validate engineering problems involving design, analysis, simulation, testing, and R&D.
