• Defend uptime during late-night paging and incidents.
• Carry the Conflict Resolution platform work for IL expansion.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using PHP and Agile.
• Own a technology service end-to-end, from Webpack schema to on-call rotation.
• Lead technical design reviews for junior initiatives.
