A leading engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Drafter / CAD Technician to own mechanical and structural drafting tasks. This role entails producing 2D manufacturing drawings and developing 3D models for fabrication-ready documentation. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Drafter / CAD Technician (not junior-level).

Job description

We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter / CAD Technician to support our engineering team by taking full ownership of mechanical and structural drafting tasks. This role is focused on producing fabrication-ready documentation for modular, steel-based, and enclosure-type systems manufactured in-house.

The ideal candidate can work autonomously, receiving inputs from senior engineers and returning complete drafting packages ready for review or fabrication, with minimal oversight.
