Echo Power Engineering, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of critical mechanical systems for healthcare and commercial environments. You will focus on hydronic and refrigeration systems, creating detailed drawings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from design through field execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mechanical design experience, expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and FGI standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mechanical design experience focusing on HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and FGI standards.

Responsibilities

• Design hydronic and refrigeration systems for HVAC, process cooling, boilers, and heat exchangers.
• Develop detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with electrical, structural, and other engineering disciplines for coordinated designs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Support site visits, field verification, and field coordination as needed.
