Job summary

National Design Build Services LLC (NDBS) is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead HVAC design from concept through construction drawings, using Revit, and coordinate with project teams.

The role involves performing load calculations, developing layouts for equipment, duct and piping, and supporting field coordination to meet client contracts and budgets. Remote work option available in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in HVAC/R industry strongly preferred.
• Proven time management and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead when needed.
• Familiarity with healthcare design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC design from concept through construction drawings.
• Perform load calculations and develop equipment, duct and piping layouts.
• Drive HVAC design using Revit and coordinate with project staff.
• Support project execution, trades coordination and document management.
• Ensure compliance with codes and client contracts.
