Qualifications

• RN with active licensure in Kansas.
• Three years as MDS Coordinator/Resource or supervision.
• Five years in long-term care or equivalent experience.
• Five years of leadership experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical operations for assigned facilities; interfaces with regional support staff.
• Conducts facility reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Implements evidence-based practices and drives quality improvement initiatives.
• Translates strategy into objectives, allocates resources, and ensures performance.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to improve quality and patient safety.
• Facilitates patient safety activities and prepares mock survey activities.
• Develops policies related to quality improvement and performance management.
• Oversees Joint Commission readiness and coordination with external bodies.
