Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking at MD level or higher.
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end to create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Lead pitch narrative and structure for core workflows: pitch decks, board presentations, fairness opinions, and buyer/target positioning pages.
• Ensure high-quality PowerPoint output and precise, clear written communication across decks and materials.
