You will own client materials end to end, crafting and refining AI-generated decks across pitch narratives, board materials, fairness opinions, and target positioning.

This fully remote role offers $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, and requires 6+ years in investment banking at director level with expert PowerPoint/slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking at director level or above.
• Own pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Work across workflows: pitch narrative/structure, board drafting, fairness opinions, buyer/target pages, and quality control.
